Love taking videos of crazy things the kids do and then pulling out a few fun stills. App works great. A couple glitches, but still does the job!

It is very easy to use. Just choose photo frame from video.

The iPhone now has native support of taking multi-frame photos using burst. This app is a nice idea but not really necessary anymore.
